Description

Up for sale is a 1:72 scale 1/72 POLISH AIR FORCE Mikoyan Mig-29 Fulcrum A (JCW-72-MG29-003) by JC Wings.

Designed to help the Soviet Union attain air superiority and compete with the US F-16, the MiG-29 fighter was first flown on October 6th, 1977. Known by it’s NATO reporting name “Fulcrum,” it has a high-mounted bubble canopy and twin jet engines with diagonal-shaped air intakes and large exhausts. Its tapered, swept-back wings and boom-mounted tail fins give it its classic 4th generation fighter ok. Armed with medium and short-range missiles and unguided weapons for ground and sea-surface targets, the MiG-29’s sight is a helmet-mounted system-the pilot chooses his targets by looking at them. Even today the Fulcrum remains a potent adversary, and will remain in service for at least another decade. This “Fulcrum from the Polish Air Force celebrates it’s WW2 RAF pilots and appeared at RIAT in 2012.

This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and plastic and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Century Wings, Calibre Wings and Forces of Valor.

Includes display stand.
