Description

Up for sale is a brand new 1:72 scale RAF Royal Air Force Curtiss P-40B Tomahawk 1B GA-F AK402 (812060A) by Forces of Valor.

This Tomahawk was flown by Sqn Ldr Neville Duke of 112 Squadron in the Libyan desert during 1941. It was shot down in combat with a Luftwaffe Bf-109 and abandoned to the desert. Duke survived the crash landing and returned to his squadron to fly and fight another day.

This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and plastic and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Hobby Master, Century Wings and Calibre Wings.

Includes display base with desert runway.
