Description

Up for sale is a brand new 1:72 scale United States Navy (US Navy) Grumman F-14A TOMCAT 159853 VX-4 “The Black Bunny”(721408).

This was the third Black Tomcat for VX-4 and the first Permanent one. It, 159853 XF-1 was accepted by Capt. Fred “Wigs ” Ludwig on the 10th of April 1990 . The 159853 flew in its glossy black scheme until October 1992. It was with the National Museum Of Naval Aviation, NAS Pensacola, between 1992 and 2015. It is now displayed at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA in a more traditional Tomcat livery.

This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and plastic and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Century Wings, Hobby Master and Forces of Valor.

No display stand included but can be purchased separately.
