Up for sale is a brand new 1/400 FEDERAL EXPRESS (FEDEX) BOEING 777-200 N878FD “eco Demonstrator”(04359) by Phoenix.
This FedEx Express Boeing 777F Freighter is the first commercial aircraft to fly using 100% biofuel. Boeing stated the “sky’s the limit” for our ecoDemonstrator Program to deliver new technologies to meet environmental goals. They previously announced the innovative program in November 2017 for the 777F. It will be the first time a 777 is used for the eco Demonstrator flying testbed program. Previously a 737, 787, 757 and an Embraer have been used.
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Aeroclassics, NG Model, JC Wings, Geminijets and Aviation400.
