Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Cathay Pacific Lockheed L-1011-1 VR-HHY (31027) by NG Model.
Cathay Pacific have operated nineteen Tristar’s. This one, a former Eastern Airlines aircraft was delivered to them in November 1973. Cathay purchased it in 1978 and kept it in service until October 1996 when they sold it to Air Atlanta Icelandic who retired and scrapped it in 2001.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, J-Fox, Aviation400, Phoenix Models, JC Wings, and Aeroclassics.
