Up for sale is a brand new 1:200 scale VIRGIN ORBIT BOEING 747-400 N744VG “COSMIC GIRL”(WB-VR-ORBIT) by J-Fox.
Built new for Virgin Atlantic in October 2001, this 747 has moved on within the Virgin fleet to now become a dedicated small satellite launcher. It uses a special 80,000lb thrust launcher rocket mounted under the port wing and can deploy from multiple sites around the world to place those satellites into orbits not possible with traditional launch systems.
This model plane is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing and includes a “Launcher One” rocket. It is similar in quality to Inflight200, Gemini Jets, Phoenix Models, JC Wings, and Aviation200.
Includes display stand.
