Description

Up for sale is a brand new 1/200 RUSSIAN AIR FORCE TUPOLEV TU-95MS RF-94127 “BEAR” (571579) by Herpa Wings.

First flown as far back as 1952, the Tu-95 has remained in service in various forms ever since as the Soviet Unions primary strategic bomber. This later MS variant, was a cruise missile carrier version that went into service in 1981. It flew with the 184TH regiment/6950TH Donbass Red Banner Air Base, Engels. On 17 November 2016, modernized Tu-95MS strategic bombers performed their first combat deployment, launching Kh-101 cruise missiles on several militant positions in Syria. The type has subsequently been used in Russian attacks on Ukraine in  2022.

This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, JC Wings, NG Models and Phoenix models.
