Up for sale is a brand new 1:200 scale Lufthansa Lockheed L-1649 Starliner D-ALUB (573030) by Herpa Wings.

Delivered new to Lufthansa in September 1957 this Starliner spent it’s entire life under Lufthansa ownership until it was retired in late 1965. It was converted to a restaurant but was destroyed by fire in July 1975.

This model aircraft is made from diecast metal with some plastic components and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Inflight200, NG Models, Phoenix, Gemini Jets, JC Wings and Aeroclassics.

Includes display stand.
