Up for sale is a brand new 1/400 Ilyushin Ilyushin IL-96-400 RA-96000 (11892) by Phoenix.

This aircraft was used by UAC (Ilyushin) as test bed for the Il-96. It was built in 1988 as an Il-96-300 and converted to a -400 in 2003. It was placed in storage and broken up in 2009.

This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Aeroclassics, Gemini Jets, Panda Models, NG Models and Aviation400.
