Up for sale is a brand new 1/400 ANA ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS AIRBUS A380-800 JA383A (EW4388008) by JC Wings.
One of the three special liveried “Flying Honu” A380’s intended to be operated between Tokyo, Narita and Hawaii, this is the third aircraft that was delivered in October 2020. Like it’s two sisters it is believed as of late 2021 to be in storage.
The Hawaiian word “honu” is a term of endearment used towards the native sea turtle, and reflects the widespread love that the Hawaiian people feel for this animal. It is believed to be a sacred creature in Hawaii, and those who manage to catch a glimpse of one are said to be blessed with good fortune and prosperity.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Phoenix Models, NG Models and Aviation400.
