Up for sale is a brand new 1:200 scale Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Airbus KC-30A (A330-200 MRTT) by Inflight200 from No. 33 Squadron ‘Low-vis’ colours, RAAF Base Amberley, Queensland and named “Somerset.”

The RAAF operates a fleet of seven A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport aircraft, designated KC-30A. The first five were built new by Airbus, with two later aircraft coming second hand after a few years operating for QANTAS. A39-007 was the last KC-30A to enter the RAAF fleet, and the second to come from QANTAS, after originally being delivered to them as VH-EBI in February 2008. Procuring the two used Qantas aircraft offered several benefits, as they were produced by Airbus in the same manufacturing lot as the initial five, ensuring comparable mechanical specifications, and possessed a documented local operational background. The remaining aircraft were newly constructed for the RAAF.

This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Phoenix, JC Wings, and Aeroclassics.
