Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale US Airways McDonnell Douglas MD-82 N824US (GJUSA1163) by Gemini Jets.
The MD-81/MD-82 was a popular aircraft in the US Air fleet. This aircraft was delivered new to Pacific Southwest in November 1983. In April 1988 US Air took the aircraft into it’s fleet and it stayed with them until January 2002. It was believed to have last been used by Aurora Airlines of Slovenia and is now derelict in Turkey.
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to NG Models, Phoenix, Aeroclassics, JC Wings and Aviation400.
