Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Aeroflot Ilyushin IL-62M CCCP-86492 (GJAFL2083) by Gemini Jets
This Il-62M was delivered to Aeroflot in December in 1981. Other than a brief period flying with Guyana airlines the aircraft spent its entire life with the Russian carrier. It was retired about 2015 and has been preserved as a gate guardian at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport although it is minus engines.
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Phoenix, Aeroclassics, JC Wings and Aviation400.
