Six A330neo’s are planned for the Virgin Atlantic fleet. This aircraft was delivered in November 2022 and was the fifth to join the airline. It was registered G-VTOM to reflect David Bowie’s persona ‘Major Tom’, mentioned in the song “Space Oddity” from where this aircraft received its name
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to NG Model, JC Wings, Geminijets and Panda models.
