Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Continental Airlines Douglas DC-9-30 N531TX “City of Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo” (AC411323) by Aeroclassics.

Continental operated a total of 78 DC-9’s across -10, -30 and -50 versions. This -30 was delivered new to Swissair before moving to Texas International. It was passed to Continental in October 1982 and was briefly leased to Eastern Airlines. It was retired and scrapped in 2007.

This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, NG Model, Phoenix Models, JC Wings and Aviation400.
