NG MODELS 1/400 IRAN AIR BOEING 747SP EP-IAB “Khorosan” (07002)

Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Iran Air Boeing 747-SP EP-IAB “Khorosan”  07002)  by NG Models.

Iran Air was a launch customer for the short bodied/high performance 747SP. It’s longer range suited the Iranian Airline who needed to have an aircraft that could fly direct to New York. Three were orderd by the airline and they were hard working aircraft only stopping operation due to US sanctions on the current Iranian administration. This was the second aircraft, delivered in May 1976 and was placed in storage in Tehran in 2012. This model depicts the last livery.

This model aircraft is made from diecast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Phoenix, JC Wings, and Aeroclassics.
