Description
Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Braniff International Douglas DC-8-62 N1804 (BBX41685) by Aeroclassics.
Delivered to Braniff International Airways as N1804 in 1967. Sold in 1983 and leased to various operators. Converted to a freighter in 1990. Used by Arrow Air from 1992. Damaged beyond repair when it overran the runway landing at Singapore-Changi in 2002 and scrapped.
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, NG Model, Phoenix Models, JC Wings and Aviation400.
