Up for sale is a brand new 1:200 scale Thai Airways Douglas DC-8-30 HS-TGW “Srimuang” (AC219894) by Aeroclassics.
Thai Airways had a fleet of 15 DC-8’s with seven of them being the -30 version. This was a former Swissair airframe leased in April 1973 and staying with the airline until early 1978. After use by many other carriers it was retired after service in South America and scrapped in the early 1990’s.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Phoenix Models, JC Wings and Inflight200
